Structural REVIT Technician\n\nBirmingham and Dudley\n\nUp to £47,000 + BENEFITS\n\nThis is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, Structural Revit Technician to join a forward-thinking civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Birmingham or Dudley.\n\nThe practice works across a diverse portfolio of projects including retail, leisure, healthcare, residential and education buildings. With a reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions, the team is looking to strengthen its BIM and Revit capability with a senior technician who can assist on project delivery and mentor junior staff.\n\nKey Responsibilities for this Structural REVIT Technician include:\n\nThe production of accurate structural Revit models and drawings\nTo develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards\nWork collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure models are fully integrated\nProduction of high-quality plans, sections, details, schedules etc\nProvide quality assurance checks on models and drawings\nMentor and guide junior technicians, supporting their development in Revit workflows\nContribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices within the business\nRequirements of this Structural Revit Technician role include;\n\n5+ years' experience as a Structural Revit Technician\n Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure with a solid understanding of structural detailing and coordination\n Proven track record of working on multi-disciplinary projects and delivering coordinated BIM models\n Knowledge of UK building standards, detailing practices, and BIM protocols\n Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills\n Strong communication and collaboration skills\nThe successful Structural Revit Technician will be offered;\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nFlexible and hybrid working options, options for career progression and payment of professional subscriptions\nThe opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across sectors\nSupport for professional development and training\nBonus schemes and more!If you are interested in this position on similar roles please get in touch with MIKAELA today
