Structural Revit Technician

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in their Manchester office.

About the Role



The successful candidate will be a capable and proactive technician with at least 3 years' experience and strong technical knowledge across major construction materials (steel, concrete, masonry, and timber). You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality detailing from concept through to construction.



Key Responsibilities



Produce accurate 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD

Support the delivery of a wide range of structural projects, from residential schemes to large multi-storey developments

Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to coordinate design solutions

Maintain high detailing standards and ensure designs meet project and client requirements

Work independently and take ownership of project deliverables, with minimal supervision

Key Requirements



Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Solid understanding of UK building detailing standards

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
