Henard Metal Fabricators is looking for a structural modeling specialist who may not know Tekla yet but understands how buildings are built. If you've worked in construction, architecture, or 3D modeling and want to work on fast-paced steel projects that go from drawings to real buildings in a matter of weeks, we want to hear from you.

We’ll train you in Tekla Structures software and support your relocation to Kingsport, TN.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert construction drawings into steel models and shop drawings
  

• Use Tekla Structures (training provided) to support fabrication detailing
  

• Resolve constructability issues before fabrication
  

• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators
  

• Work on projects with short turnaround times
  

Requirements

• Background in construction design, engineering, drafting, or architecture
  

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar)
  

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new 3D modeling platforms
  

• Strong attention to detail and team mindset
  

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  

• Must be willing to relocate to Kingsport, TN within 8 weeks
