CEI is looking for a motivated individual to join our field management team. We request that you have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as a Structural Foreman. Qualified candidates will have an in depth understanding of heavy civil construction, contractual documents, and design plans. Additionally, candidates will also have excellent communication and leadership abilities. Foreman are expected to have a valid driver's license. Working locations will typically be in Denver and the surrounding Metro areas.

Job Duties:

• Able to read/consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
• Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision.
• Manage field crew in day to day production of heavy civil structural projects (concrete related)
• Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
• Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
