Summary

Lead a crew of fitters in the fabrication and assembly of vessel and structural components in a shipyard environment. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of shipyard, marine, or heavy industrial fitting experience
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Ability to read blueprints, shipyard drawings, and weld symbols
• Strong structural steel and vessel fit-up experience
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Barge, vessel, or offshore fabrication experience
• NCCER Fitter certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Forklift, manlift, or crane experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
