Key Responsibilities:
\tRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
\tLay out, position, align, and fit structural steel components
\tAssemble and tack weld parts prior to final welding
\tUse measuring tools to ensure accuracy and proper alignment
\tWork closely with welders and other team members to complete projects
\tInspect materials and finished assemblies for quality and compliance
\tMaintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
\tPrevious experience as a Structural Fitter is required
\tMust have reliable transportation
\tValid drivers license required
\tAbility to commute to and from the job site daily
\tStrong knowledge of structural fabrication and fitting techniques
\tAbility to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
