Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative structural solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
- Conduct structural analysis and design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and specifications.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering professional development within the team.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in structural design software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing budgets and schedules effectively.
