We’re seeking a Structural Engineering Manager to guide a growing technical team delivering complex structural solutions across industrial and utility-focused projects. This role blends hands-on engineering judgment with people leadership, ensuring designs meet rigorous standards while mentoring the next of engineers. You’ll join a group known for solving tough structural challenges and maintaining a culture built on accountability and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers across multiple active projects
  
• Establish technical direction and review deliverables for compliance with applicable industry codes
  
• Oversee structural steel design strategies from concept through final documentation
  
• Support staffing, workload planning, and professional development of engineering personnel
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align structural scope with project goals
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required
  
• Master’s degree
  
• EIT or PE license
  
• Strong background in structural engineering fundamentals and steel design
  
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring technical staff
  
• Familiarity with utility structure projects is a plus
  
• Working knowledge of PLS-POLE or PLS-CADD is a plus
  
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering codes and standards
