What You’ll Do
\n

- Assist with structural calculations using established engineering principles and design standards
- Support the preparation and development of construction documents
- Help with structural analysis and design for building projects
- Coordinate design concepts with drafters, engineers, and internal project teams
- Participate in field investigations and occasional site visits under the guidance of senior engineers
- Conduct standard computations and analyses to support project development
- Learn how to review project documents, construction details, and code requirements
- Collaborate with team members to support successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Passed, scheduled to take, or actively preparing for the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam
- Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineer (EI), or ability to obtain certification
- Foundational understanding of structural and civil engineering principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Qualifications
\n

- , co-op, or academic project experience related to structural engineering
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and basic engineering practices
- Exposure to construction documents, structural drawings, or BIM/Revit workflows
- Interest in pursuing Professional Engineer licensure

Software Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus, and training will be provided:

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
