Structural Engineer – Systems, Tech & Disruption - Up to £38,000 depending on experience + profit share potential – Brighton, Flexible / Hybrid\n\nThe Role \n\nDo you want to apply your structural engineering skills beyond traditional design work? We’re a consultancy transforming how temporary works and hoarding design is delivered – combining robust engineering with proprietary tools to reduce risk, simplify compliance, and help contractors move faster.\n\nWe’re looking for an adaptable and hands-on engineer to join our fast-moving team.

You’ll split your time across design, systems development, product testing and client delivery. This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns fast and thrives on solving real-world problems.\n\nPlease note: You must be a UK to apply, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign engineering – leading on hoarding and temporary works design using process optimised internal tools\nProduct and tool development – help test and improve our Quote Tool and design automation tools, working towards the ‘big picture’\nAI and process automation – help us build smarter internal workflows using AI and code\nClient ops – working in support of operational delivery for our clients, undertaking project design work and problem solving to deliver the best possible value for our clients\nContinuous improvement – we have no intention of sitting still, we’re here to innovate, deliver and scale.
