About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join an established engineering team supporting the design and analysis of steel structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, collaborate with experienced Professional Engineers, and contribute to projects from design through client engagement.

You will work closely with senior engineering professionals, participate in customer-facing discussions, and develop your skills within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, analysis, and detailing of steel structures in collaboration with senior Professional Engineers.
• Develop structural designs and drafting deliverables using engineering tools such as Autodesk Inventor.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and support engineering solutions.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions and help address technical questions related to structural designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and project progress updates.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to support project execution, quality, and timely delivery.
• Continuously develop your technical capabilities and understanding of engineering standards, design practices, and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience or familiarity with structural design, analysis, and drafting of steel structures.
• Working knowledge of engineering design tools such as Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and customers.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license , with compensation varying based on licensure and experience.
