Summary

We are working with a structural design team seeking a talented Structural Engineer/Designer experienced in steel design and highly proficient in Revit. This role is ideal for someone looking to work on a variety of commercial projects and collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and fabrication teams. The candidate should bring technical expertise in structural calculations, modeling, and steel connection design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and analyze steel structures using AISC, IBC, and related standards
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit
• Prepare structural calculations and technical documentation
• Review shop drawings and ensure accuracy of construction documents
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and fabricators to maintain design intent and constructability
• Resolve design issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in steel structure design
• Revit proficiency is required; knowledge of AutoCAD and structural analysis software
• Strong understanding of structural steel systems, detailing, and connections
• Familiarity with design-build workflows and working with fabricators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• PE or EIT certification
