Job Description
Structural Engineer\n\nReading outskirts\n\n£37k-£42k plus benefits\n\nOur client has a long-standing presence in the south of England and their Berkshire office is looking to bring in a structural engineer who has at least 3 years post graduate experience.\n\nGreat opportunity for a driven and practical engineer to deliver a wide variety of building structures projects from domestic extensions through to much larger schemes.\n\nWorking closely with clients and external parties, you will take on responsibility for details design, calculations and inspections with a strong focus on high-quality design.\n\nRequirements:\n\nDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering\nAt least 3 years' post-graduate UK experience in a similar consultancy environment\nProven experience in building structures design\nComfortable working independently on small to medium-sized schemes\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nProficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., TEDDS, Tekla, or similar)\nWorking towards Chartered status with the IStructE or ICE (desirable) \n\nIf you are capable, enthusiastic and looking for a role where you will quickly take ownership of your work, developing your skills across a broad range of projects, we would love to hear from you.\n\nTo apply, send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting
