Structural Engineer Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of local and building codes and design practices such as IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC.
• Experience in the design and detailing of steel, wood, concrete, and masonry structures.
• Proficiency with structural design software like RAM Structural Systems, Enercalc, and STAADPro.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Responsibilities Include:
• • Develop specifications for projects, review shop drawings, and provide project-specific technical information to the PM.
  • Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, and firm staff.
  • Visit project sites to review conditions and serve as a company representative at meetings, presentations, and public hearings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of project managers, engineers, and designers across a variety of client projects.
