This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer with 3+ years of industry experience to join a successful and growing engineering team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a broad portfolio of challenging projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors, including new-build developments, refurbishment schemes, structural alterations and regeneration projects.\n\nWorking alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary design teams, you will be involved in projects from initial feasibility and concept design through to detailed design, construction and completion. This role offers excellent technical variety, exposure to modern construction methods and the opportunity to further develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe successful candidate will be involved in the design, analysis and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.

You will work on a diverse range of structures, providing practical and innovative engineering solutions while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nProducing structural designs and calculations using a range of materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry.\nPreparing technical reports, specifications and supporting documentation.\nUndertaking site visits and structural inspections as required.\nCoordinating with architects, contractors and other design professionals.\nAssisting in the delivery of projects to programme and budget.\nEnsuring compliance with relevant design standards and regulations.\nContributing to the ongoing development of engineering solutions and project delivery.\nSupporting senior engineers and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.\n\nRequirements\n\nDegree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.\nMinimum of 3 years' structural engineering experience within the UK.\nExperience working on building structures projects.\nStrong understanding of current British Standards and Eurocodes.\nCompetent user of structural analysis and design software.\nExcellent communication and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\n\nDesirable\n\nProgress towards Chartered status (IStructE or ICE).\nExperience across a variety of project sectors.\nClient-facing and project coordination experience.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary dependent on experience.\nFlexible and hybrid working options.\nPension scheme.\nOngoing professional development and training support.\nClear opportunities for career progression.\nExposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio.\nSupportive and collaborative working environment.\n\nApply\n\nIf you are a motivated Structural Engineer looking for your next career move and would like to work on a diverse range of high-quality engineering projects, we would be pleased to hear from you.\n\nAll applications will be handled in the strictest confidence
