Structural Engineer (c. 3 Years’ Experience)\n\n Warrington\n £32,000 – £45,000 (DOE)\n Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy\n\nThe Opportunity\n\n I’m working with a well-regarded, growing civil and structural engineering consultancy who are looking to bring in a Structural Engineer with around 3 years’ experience to join their Warrington office.\n\n This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can take on real responsibility, develop technically, and work on a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors.\n\nAbout the Company \n\n This is a well-established, medium-sized consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the UK.\n\n They operate across a diverse project portfolio including:\n\nCommercial and mixed-use developments\nResidential schemes (from low-rise to high-rise)\nPublic sector and infrastructure projects\nThe business takes a collaborative, design-led approach, working closely with architects, developers, and contractors to deliver practical and efficient solutions across steel, concrete, and other structural materials. \n\n They have built a strong market reputation for:\n\nDelivering technically robust and buildable designs\nTaking projects from concept through to completion\nMaintaining a supportive, close-knit team culture despite continued growth\n\n The Role\n\n As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be working as part of a collaborative design team, contributing to the delivery of projects from early concept stages through to detailed design.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nProducing structural calculations and designs for a range of building structures\nWorking with materials including steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry\nSupporting the preparation of drawings and technical documentation\nLiaising with architects, contractors, and other design team members\nAssisting in project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outputs\nWorking closely with senior engineers to develop your technical capability\n\n What They’re Looking For\n\nAround 2–4 years’ experience within a UK structural consultancy\nStrong understanding of structural design principles and building regulations\nExperience working on building structures projects (any sector)\nFamiliarity with design software (e.g.
