Graduate Structural Engineer\nAre you a Graduate Structural Engineer looking to develop your career within a design-focused consultancy?\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a well-established structural engineering practice delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to thoughtful and efficient structural solutions from concept through to construction.\n\nWorking closely with experienced engineers, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and play an active role in the delivery of structural designs, coordination with project teams, and the successful progression of projects through all design stages.\n\n Responsibilities\n\nAssist engineers with structural analysis and design for building projects.\nSupport the preparation of structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.\nContribute to the development of design solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.\nWork with architects and other consultants as part of the design team.\nAttend site visits and project meetings where appropriate.\nAssist with reviewing drawings and project information.\nEnsure work is carried out in line with relevant standards and project requirements.\nRequirements\n\nMEng Civil or Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1), or BEng Civil/Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1) with relevant industry experience such as a placement year or .\nInterest in pursuing a career in structural engineering consultancy.\nBasic understanding of structural engineering principles and common construction materials.\nFamiliarity with structural analysis or drafting software is beneficial but not essential.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment.\nRight to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship not available).\nSalary & Package\n\nCompetitive graduate salary\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nPension contribution\nSupport towards Chartership and professional development\nOpportunity to gain experience on a range of building projects\nSupportive team environment
