Summary

• Participates in the development of project design concepts and criteria

• Makes recommendations on project staffing

\n

• Analyzes complex design problems requiring development of new or improved techniques or procedures

\n

• Consults with construction personnel on design constructability

\n

• Monitors project progress for technical accuracy and adherence to schedule and budget

\n

• Provides input on proposals and engages with proposal teams and managers

\n

• Represents projects at meetings and conferences

\n

• May plan, organize, and supervise design engineering activities for a project of significant size and complexity (e.g., integration of two or more engineering disciplines), or two or more projects of moderate size and complexity

\n

• May provide direction and supervision to lower-level team members

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• 4-year engineering degree required

\n

• Typically 5-11 years of related experience

\n

• Professional registration (PE) required at this level

\n

• Must be cognizant of the capabilities and limitations of various computer software packages and automated engineering/design equipment to effectively direct their use across diverse engineering assignments

\n

• Must have revit experience

\n

\n
