Structural Engineer\n\nHemel Hempstead\n\n£38k-£46k plus benefits\n\nOur client is an ambitious and growing structural engineering consultancy seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join their expanding Hemel Hempstead office. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with at least three years' UK consultancy experience who is looking to accelerate their career within a supportive, technically strong, and forward-thinking team.\n\nWorking on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their technical expertise, take ownership of projects, and progress towards Chartership within a business that genuinely invests in its people. Experience working with volume housebuilders would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\nThe successful Structural Engineer will be responsible for:\n\nProducing structural designs and analysis for a variety of building projects and structural elements.\nPreparing engineering calculations, technical reports, and design sketches.\nReviewing and checking drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.\nLiaising with clients, architects, contractors, and fellow consultants throughout project delivery.\nManaging workloads effectively and delivering projects to agreed deadlines.\nContributing to technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
