Build Maintain Recruit is seeking a Structural Engineer to join an expanding consultancy team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with a proven track record in structural design and project leadership.

As a key member of the team, you will:



Lead project delivery from concept to completion, including residential, commercial, and retail developments

Oversee innovative and complex structural projects, ensuring high-quality design and compliance

Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team

Work closely with UK offices to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations Candidate Requirements

Degree or equivalent in Structural or Civil Engineering

Chartered status with the ICE or IStructE

Strong commercial awareness, able to manage budgets and project timelines What’s on Offer
