At HFR, they’re part of the design conversation from day one.

Because our structural team is in-house, collaboration is as simple as walking down the hall to solve a problem or refine a detail.

You’ll work on a variety of commercial projects across multiple sectors—contributing to work that directly impacts the communities we serve.
What our staff have to say: “At HFR, no two workdays feel the same. The variety of projects challenges you, sharpens your skills, and helps you grow into a more well-rounded professional. If you’re looking to learn, grow, and work alongside a driven, collaborative team—this is the place to do it.”
