Job Description
Structural Engineer / Project Manager
Dallas, Texas (Multiple Locations)
$120,000 – $160,000 + Benefits
Structural Engineering (Building Design)

This role plays a key part in delivering high quality structural designs across a range of building projects. You will help ensure projects are completed on time, meet technical standards, and support the development of junior engineers. Your input will directly influence project success, team capability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structural design and analysis for building projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical outputs
• Support and mentor junior engineers
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s )
• 4+ years experience in building design projects
• Experience using RAM or Tekla design software
• Strong understanding of steel and concrete structures
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly
