About the Role
If you are a Senior Structural Engineer and its time to look at career options let's talk! We are seeking a talented hands on Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and oversight of large-scale vertical commercial buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects such as hospitals, hotels, civic buildings, and seismic-resilient structures. You’ll mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver technically sound and innovative structures that shape the Las Vegas skyline.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the structural design and project management of commercial and public-use structures.

Provide advanced structural analysis and modeling including seismic load considerations and lateral force-resisting systems.

Perform peer reviews, quality control, and technical oversight of drawings and calculations.

Interface with clients, architects, and city officials during planning, permitting, and construction.

Mentor junior engineers and support staff.

Ensure projects meet applicable codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) and regional seismic design requirements.

Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s ).

PE or SE license (required).

7+ years of experience in structural engineering, including seismic and lateral system design.

Proficiency with analysis/design software: ETABS, RISA, SAP2000, RAM, Revit, Bluebeam.

Demonstrated experience delivering commercial, healthcare, or government buildings.

Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills.
