Key Responsibilities
Lead structural engineering design from initial concept through final construction documents
Prepare complete structural drawing packages, calculations, and specifications
Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, wood framing, masonry, and foundation systems, including pile foundations
Perform structural analysis and modeling using software such as RISA 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, ROBOT, and CORE
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards, including IBC, IRC, and local amendments
Coordinate structural designs with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors
Develop and maintain AutoCAD and/or Revit models and drawings
Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring work is completed within allotted time frames
Maintain strong awareness of project budgets and efficiently manage design hours
Provide technical support during permitting, bidding, and construction phases Project Types Mid-rise apartment and multi-family residential buildings

Proven experience in structural engineering design
