Structural Engineer (SE/PE) Full-Time · Battle Ground, WA (Remote)

We're a small team. We move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of our work — and we expect the same from everyone who joins us. You'll collaborate directly with architects, contractors, and homeowners on a wide range of work: residential, commercial, and industrial. Everything from structural analysis and design calculations to CAD-based construction documents. We are primarily looking for a individual who has experience with wood framed construction shear walls, beam trusses ect.

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced engineer. You won't be a cog in a machine here. Every engineer has real ownership over their projects, and your contributions actually move things forward. Our typical projects are residential and commercial wood framed construction projects.

What we're looking for:

- \n
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Professional Engineer (SE/PE) license — candidates actively working toward SE licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong working knowledge of structural analysis and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Lt software
- A sharp eye for your own work — you catch mistakes before anyone else does
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset — you can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
