We’re partnered with a highly respected structural engineering firm in the Washington, D.C. market looking to add a Structural Engineer to its growing team.

This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop strong technical building design experience, work alongside experienced engineers, and progress toward greater project responsibility and PE licensure.

What you'll be doing:
\n
- \n
- Performing structural analysis and design across a variety of building projects
- Preparing calculations, drawings, and construction documents
- Supporting design of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures
- Developing drawings and models using Revit
- Reviewing contractor submittals and supporting construction administration
- Coordinating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
- Taking on increasing technical and project responsibility as you develop

What we're looking for:
\n
- \n
- 0–5 years of structural engineering experience
- EIT certification required or ability to obtain shortly after joining
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE progression encouraged as your career develops
- Building design experience through professional work, internships, or academic projects welcomed
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with RAM, RISA, ETABS, SAP, Enercalc, or similar software is a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
