Structural Engineer\n\nLondon\n\nRef MR202\n\nI am looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a successful design consultancy based in London. Ideally the candidate would have a minimum of 3 years' UK experience working on structural design ideally within the residential and commercial buildings sector.\n\nAbout the candidate we are seeking:\n\nYou must be self-motivated, driven by a challenge whilst continually developing new skills and sharing experience with the team.\n\nEssential Experience required for this Structural Engineer role;\n\nMinimum 3 years' experience within structural design including steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Euro Code standards\nProficient in use of AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS design software\nConfident in producing detailed structural calculations and sketches\nAbility to prepare construction drawings and specifications\nCommercial awareness of costing, budgets, and quotations\nReport writing experience\nSite visits to verify construction complies with construction drawingsDesirable Experience\n\nUnderstanding of some of the following: TEKLA, TEDDS, STAAD.Pro, SCIA and Revit\nProject management and leadership skills\nWorking towards CharterhipBenefits\n\nFriendly and supportive work environment\nCompetitive Salary\nCompany Pension Scheme\nPayment of Annual Professional fees\nDeath in Service benefit\nIncreased holiday entitlement for long service\nCompany socialsTo discuss this Structural Engineer role and other similar roles please get in touch with MIKAELA today
