Job Title – Structural Engineer
Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 + (£3k benefits)
Location – Birmingham or Manchester
Our client is a well-known, highly regarded engineering consultancy with a UK wide presence. They specialise working across several sectors including environmental, highways, and commercial. They have a fantastic reputation for designing and delivering some of the most complex infrastructure and development schemes in the UK. This organisation has the benefit of working with a range of excellent clients, including many of the UK's leading blue chip property developers.
Our client is now looking to appoint a Structural Engineer at Senior/ Principle level for either their Birmingham or Manchester office.
The ability and desire to lead multi-disciplinary projects is a key part of the role, in which you will be fully supported in your development across a range of disciplines, sectors and clients.
What’s on offer:
- Salary £45,000 - £60,000 plus benefits package worth around £3,000. This is reviewed regularly.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a Structural Engineering capacity
- Recent consultancy experience in the Midlands / Northwest
- Master’s degree in structural engineering desirable
- Chartered or close to chartered with ICE or IStructE.
- Willingness to understand and engage in multiple technical disciplines.
- Demonstrating a passion for engineering.
- Comfortable within a hardworking and supportive team environment.
- Ability to problem solve in a high-performance environment.
- Ability to continually learn and develop and support the development of others.
