Residential Structural Engineer to join our Raleigh-based team.

Responsibilities
• Perform structural analysis and calculations for residential construction
• Prepare technical drawings, construction documents, and structural reports
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers throughout design and
construction
• Conduct site visits to assess structural conditions and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations
• Review and approve plans and specifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• EI/EIT certification required; PE license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural or civil engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of structural principles (wood framing, foundations, lateral
design)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working with clients, contractors, and inspectors

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Relocation Requirement:
Must be able to relocate to Raleigh, NC prior to starting
