The Structural Designer must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at the level described above. • Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years drafting/design experience in the structural field

• Minimum of 5 years Revit experience

• Excellent interpersonal leadership skills and communication skills

Produce complete, coordinated, and constructible drawing sets across assigned scope, including multi-contributor work

• Ensure consistent application and enforcement of department and client standards across all models and documents

• Take full ownership of assigned scope, area, or package, including coordination, schedule, and quality across all contributed work

• Maintain accountability for quality, completeness, and constructability of deliverables, including work produced by others
