Distance Studio Consultants (DSC) is looking for an experienced Structure Design Group Leader to lead our structural design team in Cairo.
\n
\n
Location: Katameya / Maadi Ring Road, Cairo
\n
Work Environment: Design Office | No Site Supervision
\n
⏳ Experience: 7–15 Years
\n
\n
What you’ll be doing:
\n
\n
Lead and manage the structural design team
\n
Review and approve structural drawings, calculations & design deliverables
\n
Coordinate with Architects, MEP Engineers & other disciplines
\n
Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards & project requirements
\n
Mentor and develop structural engineers within the team
\n
Maintain high-quality, efficient and innovative design solutions
\n
Manage multiple projects and deliverables within deadlines
\n
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n
\n
✅ 7–15 years of solid structural design experience
\n
✅ Strong leadership & team management skills
\n
✅ Excellent knowledge of structural design principles & codes
\n
✅ Strong proficiency in ETABS, SAFE & SAP2000
\n
✅ Excellent coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
\n
✅ Experience working in a design-office environment
\n
\n
⭐ Important: This is a pure design-office position — no site supervision, site visits, or on-site construction work.
