Structural Design Engineer\n\nCambridge\n\n£40k-£45k plus benefits\n\nOur client has an opportunity for a Structural Design Engineer to join their Cambridge office. You will become part of a talented group of structural engineering professionals.\n\nYou will work on a diverse range of new-build and refurbishment projects, including high-end private residential dwellings and large-scale mixed-use developments as well as projects in sectors such as office and commercial, education, arts, healthcare, life sciences and industry.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of 3 years' experience with good theoretical and practical knowledge of designing in the main structural building materials; concrete, steel, masonry and timber\nSupport the team by undertaking design calculations, assisting with the delivery of design packages\nAttendance at design team meetings and site visits, report writing etc. \n\nAs you become embedded in the practice, you will have the opportunity to lead and run your own projects with ongoing support.
