We are a rapidly expanding civil contractor looking to expand our team throughout DFW.

Compensation: Up to $100k base pay + bonus + full benefits!

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
• Manage and schedule work crews effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project status and updates.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Experience with concrete, structural work, and piping systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in construction management are a plus
