Senior Concrete Estimator Tilt- Up & Structural
Are you ready to elevate your estimating career to new heights? Join our client's dynamic team as a Senior Concrete Estimator, where you’ll take the lead in assembling high-value bid proposals for concrete construction, commercial, and industrial projects.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Concrete Estimator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. Responsibilities and Duties.
- Provides Guidance to Estimators
- Oversees/Completes Quantity Survey Take-off
- Oversees/Contacts Vendors and Sub-contractors
- Prepares Pricing/Bids and Proposals
- Completes Post Bid Activities
- Follow up and negotiate with the client to close the deal
- Executes Transition from Pre-construction to Operations
- Supplies Cost Estimate of Changes During Construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience. A PE license is a plus.
- 6+ years of concrete construction estimating experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze concrete construction metrics, including labor production rates, equipment, formwork, and materials costs.
- A polished, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of cast-in-place concrete design and specifications, understanding how loads, heights, and spans affect costs.
