Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGreat opportunity for a Structural/Bridge Engineer looking for a company with growth!
Responsibilities:
- Lead design/prepare plans, estimates and specifications for bridges
- Perform structural analysis/design with a focus on Illinois Highway and Tollway structures
- Review shop drawings
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Inspect bridges and highway structures
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering
- 5+ years of structural design of bridges experience per IDOT standards
- PE SE registration
- Experience in bridge inspection/qualification per FHWA
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design programs
- Working knowledge of MicroStation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
