Structural BIM Modeler (Revit) in Seattle

Job Description

Integrated Design Engineers (idE), an award-winning structural engineering consulting firm located in downtown Seattle, is seeking a Senior Structural BIM Modeler to join our office. You will work directly with engineers on aviation, transit, industrial, multifamily, and high-rise projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop structural Revit models.

\n

• Produce plans, sections, details, and drawing packages per project standard.

\n

• Coordinate assignment with engineers and project teams, internal and external.

\n

• Understand and participate in the development of the firm's BIM and drafting standards.

\n

• Support projects from design through construction.

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 10 years of Revit experience

\n

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

\n

• Experience producing structural construction documents.

\n

• Ability to interpret engineering markups and design intent.

\n

• Fluent in verbal and written English.

\n

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

\n

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

\n

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

\n

Location: Downtown Seattle (In Office)

\n
