Job Description:
- Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location.
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
- 8+ years related work experience in structure design.
- Experience with CATIA V5 and specific design tools and processes
- Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
- Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
- Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
- Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
- Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM

Education / Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the , although not required, accreditation standard.
