Structural Analysis Engineer

Description:

Apply knowledge of structural analysis (e.g., materials technology, finite element modeling, static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, structural testing, etc.) to determine structural adequacy for customer requirements and regulatory compliance; and to collaborate on structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery of products.

Requirements:5-8 YEARS WITH BS, 3-6 YEARS WITH MS, 0-3 YEARS WITH PHD OR JD

Below is the primary skillset/experience that we are looking for to fulfill our Propulsion need:

• Sizing, working with loads from FEM, collaboration with Design Engineers

• Creation of Strength Check Note packages / Stress Documentation experience

• Nacelle – Inlet (Composite) and Thrust Reverser past experience is a bonus

• Strut /Pylon – past experience

• Experience using Stress Tools
