Position Title: Strategic Material Planner
Location: Neenah, WI 
Duration: 6-month contract 
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite; typically Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Pay Rate: $25.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze alternatives and make effective decisions
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships
• Tech-savvy with interest in data analytics; SAP or ERP experience a plus
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring new perspectives to problem solving

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with SAP
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes and interactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Execute material requirement plans to ensure supplies and WIP availability that supports production schedules
• Maintain accurate planning information for finishing supplies in SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Manage finishing supply changes to support business plans and minimize obsolescence
• Coordinate supply timelines with Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Packaging teams
• Work with vendors to coordinate schedules and establish priorities to prevent supply constraints or service issues
• Lead or participate in special projects related to logistics and supply chain efficiency
