Job Description

Grob Aircraft, now part of Helsing, is a global leader in military training aircraft. Our flagship platform, the G 120TP including a state-of-the-art flight simulator, is trusted by air forces and flight academies worldwide for its advanced training capabilities.

Together with Helsing our mother company, we are developing Europe’s first autonomous combat aircraft, CA-1 Europa.

Your Mission

• Shape and execute sourcing strategies for direct materials
• Analyze global procurement markets and identify/qualify best-fit suppliers
• Lead contract and price negotiations with and international partners
• Establish framework agreements with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery reliability
• Partner closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance to secure material availability
• Conduct cost analyses and unlock savings opportunities
• Track market and technology trends to strengthen our long-term procurement strategy
• Drive cross-functional projects within supply chain and process optimization

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable field
• Several years of strategic procurement experience in aerospace industry
• Solid expertise in contract and negotiation management anc aerospace certification
• Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD); SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and proven negotiation skills
• Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher required)
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across departments
