We are seeking a strong leader and motivator to join our team as a Field Supervisor for our Sales and Canvassing Teams. This role is essential in driving performance, coaching teams, and ensuring smooth operations in storm-affected areas, throughout our Midwest brands. Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, train, and mentor canvassers and sales reps in the field.
- Ensure teams follow best practices for canvassing, inspections, and sales conversions.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to improve performance and overcome objections.
- Foster a high-energy, competitive team culture focused on results.
- Performance Monitoring & Accountability
- Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs .
- (doors knocked, leads generated, deals closed, etc.)
- Ensure canvassers effectively generate leads for the sales team.
- Monitor sales reps to increase closing rates and maintain efficiency.
- Hold team members accountable for daily and weekly goals.
- Work closing with the Sales Manager to align on company goals and strategies.
- Field Operations & Logistics
- Oversee and assist with door-to-door canvassing efforts.
- Conduct ride-alongs with sales reps to provide real-time feedback.
- Assign sales territories strategically to maximize coverage.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Acculynx and Knockbase.
- Maintain safety standards while working in the field.
- Assist with Adjuster appointments as available.
- Customer & Team Support
- Work closely with other departments: Recruiting, Training, Supplementing for continued support and improvement to the teams needs.
- Act as bridge between the field team and upper management
- Provide detailed end-of-day reports to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or field operations.
- Previous leadership or management experience .
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple team members.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on a roof when necessary.
- Familiarity with roofing, insurance claims, and storm damage (training provided).
- Tech-savvy - experience with Acculynx, Knockbase, or similar software a plus.
