Steel Structural Design Engineer

Job Description

Carmichael UK are seeking a Steel Structural Design Engineer to join a fast growing construction company on a permanent basis. You will be based in Manchester, but working across worldwide projects. \n\nAs Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the projects, focusing on the design and analysis of steel structures. The candidate will be expected to build a design team in UK and lead the relevant design offices around MENA region.

 \n\nRequirements:\n\nBritish .\n\t\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on steel structural ; a Master's Degree is a plus.\n\t\nGraduated from a Russell Group of universities (Bath, Sheffield, Liverpool, Imperial, etc.) \n\t\nProven at least 10 years of experience in steel structural design and analysis where being a chartered engineer is a bonus.\n\t\nProficient in industry-standard software, including SAP2000, STAAD PRO, IDEASTATICA, RAM CONNECTION, HILTI, and TEKLA.\n\t\nStrong understanding of steel design codes and standards.\n\t\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\t\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\t\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nSalary depended on experience.
