What You’ll Do
- The Steam and Hot Water Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of steam and hot water boilers and associated systems
- This role requires a strong understanding of boiler operation, safety protocols, and diagnostic techniques to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Deliver consistent excellent customer service that always ensures a high level of customer satisfaction!
What Makes YOU Great
- Minimum of [5] years of experience servicing and repairing steam and hot water boilers
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in HVAC, mechanical, or a related field is a plus
- Current and valid [relevant certifications, e.g., Boiler Operator's License, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, OSHA 10/30] are
- Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills
- Self-Starter, confident, conscientious
- Interpret information for others, have strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships!
- You can work alone or in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check
