Position: Static Mechanical Bias Building Services EngineerLocation: SolihullDuration: PermanentSalary: from £38,000 to £40,000We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance backgroundThis position engineer will be working on a large static site based in Solihull.The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to have a strong background dealing with plant room maintenance, ahu's and splits, plumbing works and basic electricalThis is a large static site, so a driving licence is not required.
