Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk are completed and the facilities assistant is updated with progress and completions
- Responsibility for ensuring all contractor and engineering works are carried out in line with ISS policies and procedures
- To undertake contractor control duties, monitoring contractor whilst on site and ensuring standards of workmanship are met, advising when short falls happen
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
- To take a proactive approach to building reactives and also all planned maintenance
- To act as a Team player at all times covering breaks and ensuring the smooth running of the team
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- C&G associated with building services.
- IOSH (Desired but not essential)
- Proven track record within facilities
- Knowledge of PPM schedules
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness of working electronically although training will be given
- Demonstrates persistence, energy and enthusiasm to overcome obstacles and achieve results
- Sets and stick to realistic timescales and prioritise tasks
