Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk are completed and the facilities assistant is updated with progress and completions
• Responsibility for ensuring all contractor and engineering works are carried out in line with ISS policies and procedures
• To undertake contractor control duties, monitoring contractor whilst on site and ensuring standards of workmanship are met, advising when short falls happen
• To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
• To take a proactive approach to building reactives and also all planned maintenance
• To act as a Team player at all times covering breaks and ensuring the smooth running of the team

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• C&G associated with building services.
• IOSH (Desired but not essential)
• Proven track record within facilities
• Knowledge of PPM schedules
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Awareness of working electronically although training will be given
• Demonstrates persistence, energy and enthusiasm to overcome obstacles and achieve results
• Sets and stick to realistic timescales and prioritise tasks
