Our team develops new or modifies processes, defines process equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) inertial sensors, pressure sensors, and magnetic sensors.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of product or process engineering experience.
• Experience with silicon fab, MEMS sensors, pressure and magnetic sensors.
• Experience and ability to use statistical analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab, SAS, RStudio, etc.) to efficiently analyze data.
• Root Cause Corrective Action / Lean / Six Sigma
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
• Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).
• Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.
