Staff Engineer- Water/ Wastewater

Location: Austin, TX

We're looking for an EIT and PE to join our Water-Wastewater Team in Austin. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects serving utilities throughout Central Texas.

Our team specializes in providing planning, design, and construction phase engineering services on various water and wastewater projects, including:

• Wastewater treatment plants

• Wastewater collection systems

• Drinking water plants

• Water distribution systems

Job description:

• Engineering Design: Work both independently and as part of a team to apply engineering principles, standards, and criteria. You will handle specific project tasks and actively assist Project Engineers and Project Managers with complex assignments.

• Project Delivery: Help produce and develop key deliverables for clients and regulatory authorities.

• Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate effectively with project team members, including CAD designers and other engineers. You'll also provide technical guidance to sub-discipline staff (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C).

• Field Work & Client Relations: Conduct field visits and attend client meetings as needed for various projects.

• Project Management: Support multiple projects simultaneously, often managing complex technical challenges.
