Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join its Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, market-leading practice group and provide strategic counsel to sophisticated clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Prepare legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Take depositions, draft deposition summaries, and analyze testimony to inform case strategy.
• Review legal documents and conduct research to support litigation strategy and case development.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 1 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably with product liability and consumer disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to occasionally provide after-hours, overtime, or weekend support as needed.
