We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing company. This is hybrid role in Hunt Valley, MD

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior-Level Contract Graphic Designer to support the Condiments & Sauces business during a period of increased project volume. This role focuses on executing packaging design initiatives, ranging from simple to moderately complex, across a variety of formats and established brand systems.

Projects will include both foundational (system-aligned) and evolutionary (lightly adaptive) work, with opportunities to contribute to larger strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design fundamentals, confidence working within existing brand guidelines, and the ability to provide thoughtful, peer-level feedback.

This position will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer (Condiments & Sauces) and collaborate with designers across the broader portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute packaging design projects across foundational and evolutionary tiers from concept adaptation to production release
• Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across a variety of SKUs, formats, and packaging types
• Provide peer-level design feedback to support team quality and workflow
• Apply creative judgment while maintaining brand integrity during system rollouts across product portfolios
• Collaborate with senior design leadership during reviews and check-ins on strategic design work
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, and Production to deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork
• Support a collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented team environment
• Escalate questions or deviations from brand guidelines when needed
• Provide peer review support to help maintain high-quality deliverables across the team
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 57 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or beverage industries
• Strong knowledge of packaging design principles and production processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Box
• Ability to interpret and execute within established brand systems with precision and consistency
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple teams
• Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail
  
  

Other Job Specifications:

• Employment Type:W2 only.NO C2C, NO 1099.
• Contracting Period:6 months (there will be chance to renew and even potentially at some
  point hire dependent on work volume and fit)
• Job Location:Hunt Valley, MD
• Contract Rate:$35-40/hr. on W2.
