Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst – SCM Execution & Operations (Techno-Functional)
Location-Type: Remote in Texas
Start Date Is: 3 weeks from VO
Duration: Contract-to-Hire (4 months C2H)
Compensation Range: $70-85/hour
Job Description:
The Sr. Systems Analyst will serve as a techno-functional expert supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation, focusing on execution, operations, and system integrations in a production environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Act as a business-facing techno-functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

Support and enhance Inventory Management and Manufacturing modules

Design and build complex technical solutions using BI Publisher, Groovy, and PaaS extensions

Develop and govern integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for shop floor and warehouse systems
-
Establish and enforce technical standards across a live production environment

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
10 years of progressively responsible ERP functional and technical experience
-
6 years of deep, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and support experience

Expert-level knowledge of Inventory Management and Manufacturing modules
-
Proven experience architecting solutions within Fusion using BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, and/or PaaS
-
Strong integration experience, including OIC-based interfaces

Experience governing system changes in production environments

Strong business acumen with the ability to work directly with stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
